In an increasingly competitive high school environment, first and second-generation immigrant students often lack guidance surrounding their future career paths. These students frequently do not receive the same advantageous connections as some of their peers, causing many to fall victim to cycles of generational poverty.

FirstGen Mentors was created by students, for students. We are a team of first and second-generation Americans who aim to level the playing field by pairing students like us with expert mentors who can inspire and guide them to success.
